Wessex Owl

Description

An original Milanese lace owl designed by Jan Gardiner for a 1 day workshop for the Wessex Lacemakers, hence the name. There are 3 main braids used and the finished lace is approximately 12.5 x 8.5cm (5 x 3.5 inches) in size.

Requirements: The Owl requires three sizes of braid, in Aurifil Mako 50 (or similar), with the largest braid made up of 16 pairs.
