Because there is a degree of uncertainty, when selecting thread or wire colours, as no two display units will be exactly the same (in terms of settings and colour quality), we appreciate that once you receive the item ordered, you may find the colour may not be exactly what may have been required. To help alleviate this problem, any thread or wire, returned unopened within 30 days from date of purchase, may be exchanged for an alternative colour or full refund.
