Ola’s Wedding Horseshoe

Description

An original torchon design by Jan Gardiner, which is based on the Garter design (see Ola’s Garter) incorporating little fan hearts in the frill and pearl beads, a very suitable gift for any bride to bring them good luck for their future married life.

Requirements: 8 pairs of Aurifil Mako 50 cotton, or similar, plus 2 Gimp pairs of a suitable metallic gold thread for the Horseshoe. 8 1/2 pairs of Aurifil Mako 50 cotton, or similar, plus 1 1/2 pairs of a suitable metallic gold thread for the edging frill, 21 pearl beads, ribbon and card mount.
