Snowy Owl

Description

A simple Braid Lace Owl design by Jan Gardiner and is approximately 7 x 11cm (2.75 x 4.25 inches) in size. This is ideally suited to lacemakers of all abilities wishing to practice Braid Lace techniques.

Requirements: 27 pairs, made up of 6 pairs for the Trails, 2 pairs for the Beak, 4 pairs for the eyes and approximately 15 pairs for the filling, of suitably coloured Venus 70 Crochet cotton or similar.

Venus 70 thread can be found under the ‘Venus Cotton’ tab in the ‘Threads and Wires’ section and is available in a range of colours.
